Cancellation and Refund Policy

At the American Academy for Training, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your course enrollment and request a refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Before the Start of the Course:
If you cancel your enrollment before the course commences, you will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the total expenses paid.

2. First Week of Study:
If you decide to cancel your enrollment within the first week of the course, you will be eligible for a refund of 60% of the total expenses paid.

3. After the First Week:
Once the first week of the course has passed, no refunds will be provided.

4. Down Payment:
In the case of final withdrawal by the student either during or before the start of the course, the down payment made for all courses will not be refunded.

5. Any applicable refunds will be processed within [14 business days] after receiving the refund request.

6. Amount will be refunded like the way and the method of payment.
