There are some centers that fraudulently use trade names and brands that can be
confused with American Academy.
The American Academy for Training Courses (AATC)is a trade name and trademark
protected by trademark law.
The American Academy took legal actions against those fraudsters and
counterfeiters, and they were, therefore, sentenced to fines, imprisonment and
closure. The American Academy will continue to sue any entity or center which uses
the American Academy trade name or brands, or assumes to be an American Academy
branch, without a prior written approval by American Academy in this regard.
